We score London boroughs and postcode sectors across seven dimensions (approval rates, financial spread, price momentum, housing turnover, new-build absorption, time-to-sale, supply pipeline competition), but weighted and filtered around your criteria rather than a generic default. Output is a ranked shortlist plus a short commentary on the top-ranked sectors.
