Each borough dashboard is free. It covers headline approval rates, scheme types, area-level breakdown and refusal reason patterns — the public reference for the market. If you need to go deeper on a particular borough, the paid Borough Intelligence Report (£1,500, or £3,500 for three) adds the full coded dataset: every refusal reason ranked, density matrices by site type, viability cliff analysis, case officer patterns, and case studies with addresses.
